Workshop 2
Projects, Programmes, Policies: Evaluation Needs and Capabilities
November 6th - 8th 2000, Brussels, BelgiumThe objective was to look at the bottom-up perspective by classifying the various methodologies identified during the first workshop into various clusters. These clusters of the methodologies were applied to different contexts. The second workshop considered themes like theoretical analytical framework, method of evaluation, data validation, reliability, weighting, aggregation and attribution, the transferability of results and of the method, and modes of coping with incomplete data sets. The problems were exemplified through presentations on specific themes or case studies (like pricing, infrastructure assessment of TEN, intermodality etc.)
