Objectives In the project EUROHOME the ICCR has been one of the partners in a thematic network consisting of 4 workshops, followed by a monograph. The ICCR organized the first workshop on data available and data needed for use in official statistical offices. The workshop thoroughly investigated methodological questions of national, European and international homelessness research and provided an executive report with policy recommendations. ICCR is involved in research of homelessness in various venues. The institute is the National Correspondent for Austria to the European Observatory on Homelessness, thus providing the annual report on national homelessness. In 1993, ICCR provided the only scientifically sound empirical survey of homelessness in Vienna of recent years.
