Objectives	Analyse the European Union's transport policy as regards the creation of a single European railway area; discuss the implications of this policy for French railway policy and stakeholders in the medium to long term. The project will examine trans-European rail network policy (both for freight and passengers), including the political, historical and institutional context, and recent developments. Special attention will be given to the concept of rail freight corridors.
