| Objectives |
The objective of the study is to provide the ten associated countries and the EU commission with a consistent assessment of the costs likely to be incurred by and the benefits accruing to the different associated countries as a result of the adoption of the EU transport Regulations and Directives. The study is policy relevant: as a consequence of the study, consideration will be given to ways in which accession costs can be reduced or avoided. The result should provide support for the development of pre-accession strategies. |
